Throughout the year, we host charity events such as our annual 5-a-side football tournament and bake sales, plus team building events, games and movie nights, potluck lunches and host guest speakers so that we can learn, grow, have fun and celebrate together.

Here at Sift, we are more than just our day-to-day work, and we always make a point to remember that. Sift is passionate about flexible working and inclusivity, as well as connecting with talented people, regardless of their location.

All employees are part of a team charter, meaning each team can discuss where, when, and how they will work most effectively together. This may mean some employees working mainly remotely, visiting the office when the need arises, or opting to work in the office as a team more frequently. However our teams work, they are encouraged to do so in a way that enables collaboration, keeping our company culture alive. We trust our Sifters to work autonomously, managing their own priorities and workloads.
