Job Title: FinTech Business Development Manager

We’re on the look out for a talented Business Development Manager with specific Banking and FinTech market knowledge to join our AccountingWEB team.

This is a multi-disciplined client-facing role to support our commercial operation and drive new business revenue, whilst ensuring good retention levels across the business.

To succeed in this role you’ll need to show that you are up for the challenge, a self-starter, curious by nature and someone who enjoys the autonomy to run their own working life – we’re here to support, guide and grow your career, but not tell you how to do it.

You’ll need to have specific sales & business development experience within the FinTech and Open Banking sectors, plus a good understanding of consultative and content driven selling.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Delivery and working closely with the Account Management team, you’ll need to be a positive, results-driven, self-motivated individual with discipline, drive and tenacity. You’ll have previous sales experience, working within a team environment, and be proficient in proposal writing as well as having excellent phone sales skills.

We’re on the look out for a talented Business Development Manager to join our AccountingWEB team.

You’ll provide best-in-class commercial opportunity development across our business, focusing on creating positive relationships with new prospects, gaining their trust and buy in to engage with the commercial and content teams within our publishing units.  You would be responsible for ensuring key prospects are approached, engaged, educated and influenced, in doing so the prospects will be positively receptive to establishing meaningful and sustainable working relationships with Sift.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Delivery and working closely with the Account Management team, you’ll need to be a positive, results-driven, self-motivated individual with discipline, drive and tenacity.  Experience working in a media business and knowledge of the accounting sector are essential for this role.You’ll also be proficient in proposal writing as well as having excellent telephone sales skills.
