Job Title: Sales Executive, PracticeWEB

We’re looking for a professional, tenacious, dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our PracticeWEB team. You will report directly to the Head of Sales & Account Management, based in a fantastic location right in the heart of Bristol.

This role will be focused on generating new business within the professional services sector. You will be working on a warm desk with a mixture of inbound leads from the marketing team and outbound leads within a defined market sector agreed with the Head of Sales & Account Management. If you like being measured on the number of calls you make or minutes you’re on the phone – then this role is definitely not for you! That’s not what matters to us here at Sift, it’s all about having the best approach in creating business connections that will generate work in our sectors.

You’ll have a successful track record, ideally in professional (B2B) sales or field sales and an understanding of the sales funnel. Relevant experience can include recruitment, media sales, event sales, charity/fundraising, or within a digital agency. You’ll be highly motivated, a great relationship builder and work well in team. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow and develop within a digital agency environment.

Job Title: Sales Manager (12 month maternity cover)

We think of Sift as the filter to the best content & connections in our key B2B markets.

We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager (on a 12 month fixed term contract) to support the commercial sales operation within the Sift Business Division. This role has a key focus on driving new client conversations and revenue within the HR and L&D industry.

There are significant growth opportunities within our markets, both in the UK and overseas, so we’re looking for a dynamic, self-starting individual who can make inroads with new clients; including new market entrants. With a strong focus on diversifying our revenue profile; your focus will be on selling our high quality events and content marketing opportunities; including two exciting new digital products that we’ll be rolling out in 2018.

You’ll be comfortable with a consultative, challenge-led sales approach and have the ability to get under the skin of a client’s business and match their marketing needs against our extensive portfolio of digital, events and content-led marketing services.    

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Delivery, and working closely with the Account Management team, you’ll need to be a positive, results-driven, self-motivated individual with discipline, drive and tenacity. You’ll have previous sales experience, working within a team environment, and be proficient in proposal writing as well as having excellent phone sales skills.  

You may be a Sales Executive or Manager within an agency or in-house environment with a proven track record, looking for your next career move within a fast-paced digital media company.
