Job Title: Head of Product

Division: Sift Media

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Bristol 

Hours: Full-time 

Salary: £45K to £55K dependent on skills and experience 

We’re on the look out for a talented Head of Digital Product to work within a fast-paced, dynamic media business with an ambition to grow significantly over the next three years. This role will lead our digital services team, working with our internal teams and outsourced agency to drive the performance and simplification of our existing digital products. Key metrics include conversion rates for content and an increase in on-site acquisition for our email newsletters and events.   

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be an experienced product lead who can align our in-house development team to business goals, optimise our digital platform and help us use technical solutions to solve business challenges. 

The successful candidate will most likely have: 

  • Experience managing product development teams, ideally on a digital platform
  • A proven track record working with outsourced partners and managing SLAs
  • A strong portfolio of work showcasing UX/visual skills 
  • The ability to translate the product vision/strategy into clear priorities and direction 
  • An ecommerce and goal-based mindset
  •  A results driven focus on digital product management and design driving CTR and conversion.

Salary: £25k + Comms

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused, solution-oriented Account Manager to join our established Account Management team.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and in constant contact with your clients through regular email, phone and face-to-face account reviews and have an innate ability to identify profitable opportunities from growth within your accounts to meet set targets. You will have the ability to build and grow strong working relationships. You will be an excellent multi-tasker with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.

  • Ability to effectively manage portfolio of own clients, approx 100- 150.
  • Strong account management background- min one year.

Salary: £30k to £32k dependent on skills and experience 

PracticeWeb has an opportunity for a search engine marketing expert to manage SEO, CRO and search engine strategy on behalf of ambitious UK accountancy firms.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • directing PracticeWeb’s SEO products
  • managing the SEO assistant in delivering practical SEO advice to clients
  • supporting PPC search engine marketing
  • deriving insight from website usage data for our clients and platform
  • directing PracticeWeb’s own SEM, supporting the marketing manager in raising our profile with clients and prospects.
  • conduct CRO tests to improve website conversion

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience as search engine marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with planning and implementing successful SEO strategies.
  • Proven success in SEO, PPC and conversion-rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Experience in web analytics and marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing methods and metrics.
  • Confident understanding of HTML and CSS, and some knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with WordPress.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
